01. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery. Work begins only after the deposit is received.

02. Revisions
Each service includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions will be billed at €100/hour.

03. Turnaround Time
Project timelines begin once all materials (intake forms, moodboards, etc.) are submitted. Delays in client response may extend the delivery window.

04. Communication
All communication takes place via email or pre-arranged calls. Slack or chat support is only available for retainer clients.

05. Ownership & Usage
Final, approved copy is yours to use as needed. Drafts and unused versions remain my intellectual property.

06. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of the work, refunds are not available once the project has started. If you need to cancel before work begins, your deposit is forfeited.

07. Credits (optional)
I may showcase completed work in my portfolio or social channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.
